Do You Do Any Credit Checks?

No, we mean it when we say that we don’t do any credit checks. This means no credit checks whatsoever, of any kind. As long as you make your payments promptly, there’s no need for us to ask about your credit.

Why Is There a Three Month Wait?

When you sign up for Accepted Mobile, we want to get to know you before going forward with giving you a brand new handset. This is why we ask that you are a good customer for three initial months. When you have shown us that you are, we’ll send out your handset.

Can I Pay the Three Month Cost Upfront?

Though we would love to send you the handset right away, this isn’t possible and therefore we don’t allow customers to pay the cost for the first three months upfront. This is because we want to give you the chance to pay a little bit towards your starter package at a time, as a way to get you used to regular payments.

Can I Keep My Own Number?

Yes, of course! When you start a new contract with us, you can use your existing mobile phone number. All you need to do is ask your network provider for the PAC code. When you have it, contact us and let us know. We’ll arrange for the number to be transferred to your new contract.

I Don’t Need a SIM Card. Can I Just Have the Handset?

At Accepted Mobile, we don’t offer handsets on an individual basis. All of our handsets are part of a contract, which includes a SIM card

Can I Have Multiple Contracts?

As long as you are able to handle the costs, you can have more than one mobile phone contract.

Oops! Can I Cancel My Mobile Phone Contract?

It’s very easy to cancel your contract with Accepted Mobile if you change your mind, just send us an email. Let us know your order number and we will confirm cancellation.

What Network Does Accepted Mobile Use?

At Accepted Mobile, we use all of the major mobile phone networks. This means that you’ll always have the best possible signal, wherever you are.

Can I Pay Monthly or Weekly?

Once you're handset has been dispatched, we can offer you a number of payment options. Our customer service team will be able to help.

Can I Pay By Standing Order?

At the moment, we only accept payments via Debit or Credit Card. This may change in the future.

How Much Does Airtime Cost?

Our airtime is a lot cheaper than many standard Pay As You Go mobile phones. We charge 5p per minute, per text and per MB of data.
